Section 8
Moral rights
(1) Irrespective of whether the economic rights of the author are vested in a work or not, such author shall have moral rights as follows:
(a) cause his name to be mentioned in copies of his works or if his works are used in public, (b) If a pseudonym is mentioned in his composition without mentioning the real name, to cause such pseudonym to be mentioned while using such composition in public,
(c) To prevent actions such as denigrating the honor or reputation earned by him by presenting his work in a distorted or distorted manner,
(d) Make necessary revisions or modifications in his composition.
(2) The rights mentioned in sub-section (1) shall not be transferred during the lifetime of the author. However, if the author wishes to transfer such rights to anyone after his death, it will be transferred to the person or organization who wishes to do so, and if he does not wish to do so, it will pass to the next of kin.
